Information about warranty & returns

You can return your product within 14 days. Send an e-mail to info@pret-a-partager.com saying you want to return your product. You can also add these details to your package. Then send your package back to the following address:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited by Prêt à Partager with the full order amount including original shipping costs. The cost of return from your home to the store are for your account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging will be returned to Prêt à Partager. To make use of this right, please contact us at info@pret-a-partager.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return provided that the product has already been received in good order. It is possible to exchange your product for another size. You pay no return costs.

Return exceptions

Exclusion of the right to withdrawal is only possible when:

1. The product is returned without damage or dirt clothes which are dirty or soiled.
2. For example traces of make-up, any other stains, perspiration staines or smells are reason not to approve the return and to reduce a percentage of the purchase amount. 
3. The products are personalised in any form.
